1. Overview
wallmate is a one-time digital software purchase for the Wallmate macOS app. There are no recurring subscription charges or automatic renewals.
Payments are processed by Polar, our authorized Merchant of Record. Polar handles checkout, tax calculation, payment processing, receipts, license key delivery, and approved refunds.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests submitted within this window will be reviewed in line with this policy, Polar's buyer terms, and applicable consumer protection law.
If the app is non-functional on a supported macOS version and we cannot help resolve the issue, we will support a refund request during this 7-day window.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Wallmate support or Polar support with your purchase email, Polar receipt, transaction ID, or license key.

If you contact Wallmate first, we may ask for basic troubleshooting details so we can verify the issue and help Polar locate the transaction.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed by Polar and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on Polar, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
We do not issue direct refunds outside Polar because Polar is the Merchant of Record for Wallmate purchases.
5. Cases That May Be Denied
Refund requests may be denied where we reasonably detect fraud, purchase abuse, unauthorized resale, license sharing, repeated refund misuse, or other activity that violates our Terms & Conditions.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. Polar may also approve, reject, or require additional review for refund requests under its own buyer support process and applicable law.
